After a virtual gala in 2020 and nothing in 2021, the FFO welcomes YOU, our community, back together in-person to celebrate at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estates.

  • $105 Early Bird Ticket April 8th- April 16th @ 11:59 P.M.
  • $125 General Ticket April 17- April 29th @ Noon
  • Three NEW additional options:
    • $105 Sponsor Staff Ticket
      • Support the staff attending this incredible evening out.  The funds contributed will be pooled and put towards sponsoring a staff member that wants to attend the gala.
    • $55 Sponsor Staff Ticket (Half)

    • Tax Deductible Donation- Without Spring Fling Admission
      • Are you unable to attend the event but would like to donate?  Please consider making a tax-deductible donation.

*Gala tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by providing authorization to us before May 6, but the original menu choice will remain the same.  For transfers or any other questions about registration, please contact us at jerabekspringfling@gmail.com. Unfortunately, Spring Fling Gala tickets won through the Pledge Drive are not transferable.

May I invite guests?

Anyone who wants to support the school is welcome. They just need to buy a ticket online.

Can a group of friends bid on one item together?

Yes! Forming a group is a great way to afford some parties, vacations, wine and other expensive items. However, we can only charge one bidder’s account, so designate one specific bidder and have other group members pay that bidder.

I can’t go to the event but I want to give to the FFO?

Please consider making a one time donation and/or purchasing a Sponsor Staff Ticket. All direct donations go to Jerabek students’ education.  You may also use the link above to register as a bidder without purchasing tickets.  This will be for silent auction items only.

Support the Event

The annual Spring Fling Gala is the major annual fund-raising event hosted by the FFO . Whether you participate as a guest, a donor, or a sponsor, your contribution benefits the growth and development of the school programs.

Donate items

We need your help! One of the highlights of the Spring Fling Gala is the Silent Auction. Lots of items mean lots of interest and lots of opportunities for everyone to take something home.

Jerabek Elementary Family Faculty Organization is a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are Tax deductible. Tax ID #20-811674

1) Donate a Service:

Do you own a business and you can offer related services? Can you offer a  package such as financial service consultations, legal services, photography, catering, landscape design? You can help us by donating your talent as a silent auction opportunity that may also lead to new business for you.

2) Donate Money :

Gifts of any amount are appreciated and will be used to offset expenses. Just log into our mobile bidding site (See above) and click on direct donation “Fund A Need”.

3) Donate Vacation Home:

Do you own a home or time share in Big Bear, Mammoth, Lake Tahoe, Hawaii, or anywhere someone would love to travel?  We will set a one year expiration date and you can determine the terms.  You can give very specific dates of availability or blackout dates.  We know this would be a BIG money maker and appreciate your consideration!

4) Gift Cards or Store Credit: Do you have old gift cards or store credit?  We can use it to help fill our auction baskets.  For example, credit to Pottery Barn can help us purchase quality wine glasses to accompany bottles of wine.  

5) Volunteer:

Are you interested in donating your time?   We need your help to make this event a success.  Please help us and be a part of this elegant evening.
